Because of the logistical difficulties occasioned by COVID-19 – both in terms of an actual meeting and trying to bring everyone together in an online meeting – The Trustee Board have decided not to hold an AGM this year.
That said, there is no legal requirement to hold an AGM and our decision is not unlike a host of other charities and, indeed, limited companies.
