Susie says: “it was a wet and grey morning but we all met as planned and enjoyed a lovely walk in Bushy Park. We walked about 3 miles just chatting and catching up. Everyone was really great at social distancing and we didn’t have remind anyone even once to keep their distance! We used hand sanitiser every time we went through a gate and everyone seemed really clear about all the safety rules. Luckily no one needed the toilet! We are all looking forward to meeting up again and doing more walks and perhaps a picnic on Twickenham Green”.
Samantha says: This is why The People Hive is so important, what we do makes such a difference to the people we support. This simple activity bought together three friends who haven’t seen each other for over three months! Let’s hope we can do more of this soon.
